Designs, plans, installs, and/or maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems in mission-critical, high-risk, or high-reliability environments such as data centers, medical facilities, laboratories or utilities infrastructure. Has proficient understanding of sensitive facility components that may be impacted by failures or malfunctions of infrastructure systems. Analyzes current operating conditions and recommends new preventative and proactive methods for maintaining and monitoring facilities systems. Evaluates facility standards and practices to improve maintenance procedures and ensure optimal operational efficiency. Complies with organizational and governmental safety standards. Coordinates response to emergency situations and ensures that corrective measures are rapid and thorough. Participates in the planning and installation of new facility systems. May work with multiple components including HVAC systems, air or liquid cooling systems, CRAC/CRAH units, power distribution units, fire systems, life safety systems, etc. Working at NTT Designs, plans, installs, and/or maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems in mission-critical, high-risk, or high-reliability environments such as data centers, medical facilities, laboratories or utilities infrastructure.
