Nuchange Informatics is a healthcare technology company offering end-to-end software development and implementation services for healthcare enterprises worldwide. For years, we have worked extensively with multi-national organizations based in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

We are looking for a delivery focussed candidate to join and perform Technical Support for our on-cloud and on-premise product installations at leading healthcare clients.

Required skills and experience
-Min 1 year of experience in a Technical Support Engineering/Technical Consulting role.
-Responsible for providing clients technical support (troubleshooting, online testing, problem solutions).
-Carry out initial troubleshooting, replicate, test, and resolve incidents that were logged by customers.
-Strong database skills, with the expertise to write and update SQL queries with ease.
-Experience with Linux Servers, and shell scripting.
-Experience with system and application level and general programming languages.
-Strong in Unix and Java fundamentals.
-Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
-Understanding of customer support processes and tools. Ability to follow defined processes.
-Ability to work independently on issues assigned.
-Good oral and written communication skills
-BTech/B.E (Computer science), MCA.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹360,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
