The following is the Job Description for the Position ofAdmin & Estate Manager but not limited to the mentioned points only.
1 Handling General Admin / Facility Management.
2 Coordinating with front desk executive for Ordering stationary & maintaining office files & records.
3 Stationery management and distribution.with help of Front desk executive
4 Pantry management
5 Planning and executing of all maintenance activities related to all technical equipment, Housekeeping activities, Horticulture plantation, Security etc.
6 Smooth processing of bills and ensure vendor payments post checking of labour compliance i,e, ESIC, PF etc.
7 Smooth processing of bills for staff and ensure vendor payments post checking of compliance and entiltments
8 Responsible for Public Relations including liaison with all local statutory bodies.
9 Manage office facility activities, ensure documentation & filing system
10 Ensure network/phone connectivity and liaise with service providers
11 Ensure monthly bills payment Phone/Internet/Rent/Electricity etc.
12 Vendor Management
13 Office Maintenance
14 Manage office keys opens and closes office in time & manage weekends
15 Manage attendance register for all employees and contract staff
16 Local purchase to meet operational requirements. For CEO Residence
17 Planning and executing of all activities related Housekeeping , Horticulture, Security , Drivers & Car maintances etc. at CEO Residence
18 Manage front office activities, office help drivers, maids etc.at CEO Home
19 Manageing some personal task / instructions given by family members of CEO Home also
20 Supporting in all deparments as & when required.
21 Any other activity related / unrelated as may be assigned by management
