About the Role

Numerator is currently hiring for an individual to join our team where you will get the chance to scale up and support our growing engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable across the stack knowing their way around server-side web frameworks, leveraging relational databases to get the job done, tweaking web servers, building scalable APIs in Python (or other web languages). We’re creating a team that has deep engineering experience to build web experiences for the future. To help accomplish this goal, you will have the environment to execute on your vision, the tools you need to rapidly iterate through your ideas and a dedicated team to help make you and your work better. In addition to writing quality software, we’re looking for individuals who also enjoy the other aspects of building a new company: designing features, making good product decisions, programming at all levels of the stack, and the wearing of many hats.

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of study

• 3+ years of experience in the data warehouse space

• Proficiency in Python, Django(similar web-framework like flask, fastapi)

• Proficiency in Javascript, React or Angular or Vue or any other framework (optional).

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline for code checkin and deployment

• Prior experience in Web based application development

Exceptional candidates will have:

• Experience with schema design and data modeling

• Amazon Web Services (Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS) experience

• Understanding of RDBMS especially PostgresSQL, Oracle.
