The Opportunity
Nutanix is looking for a talented UX Researcher to join the product-focused global design team in the rapidly growing office in Bengaluru. We are looking for someone passionate about user experience research to join a diverse team of researchers and designers specializing in user experience, visual design, data visualization, and content strategy spread across San Jose, San Francisco, Berlin, and Bengaluru.

Your Role:
For this role, we are looking for someone to be a part of our global User Experience Design team to take ownership, drive user research, and help us create informed and compelling product experiences. As part of this role, you will,
Conduct user research and synthesize data and findings
Actively participate alongside a cross-functional and multidisciplinary team and deliver research insights to influence the direction of multiple products
Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all stakeholders
Work effectively in a dynamic environment, juggle multiple projects, and produce high-quality deliverables
Write, present, and share your experience, both internally and with the broader community, via our blog, talks, and events
Have an interest in mentoring interns, junior user researchers, and other designers What you will bring:
4+ years of experience in user experience research within a product company (B2B/B2C) environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, Sociology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related CS/design field.).
Proficiency in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including but not limited to conducting interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, and usability testing.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and build relationships with stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate research objectives, methodologies, findings, and recommendations. Experience creating compelling reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate research insights.
Familiarity with the B2B product landscape and relevant domains is desirable.
