Job Description

The Analyst – Applications Support is the primary support contact for internal end users, who have questions or issues with our Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign CLM and Billing applications. This is a highly visible position and critical to the sales team for being able to process quotes and contracts quickly and for our finance team to process invoices on time.Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign CLM and Billing application errors and reports issues to the development team.
• Creates “How To” documentation for CPQ, CLM and Billing applications.
• Manages Service Now help tickets and meets established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize Jira, our project management tool, to engage the development team.
• Works closely with end users, and the development team to prioritize and schedule enhancement requests and bug fixes
• Participates in User Acceptance Tests and new feature demonstrations.
• Assist with internal user questions with the One View data entry systems, when others are on holiday or not available.
• Works supportively with colleagues, operating in a collegiate manner at all times and in line with the Company’s values.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Desirable.
• ITIL certification. Desirable.
• . Desirable.
• 2years of experience using Salesforce CPQ, CLM and Billing. Essential.
• Familiarity with both utility and recurring contract billing. Desirable.
• Familiarity with One View data entry applications. Desirable.
• Excellent communication skills. Essential.
• Attention to detail. Essential.
• Advanced ability to solve problems. Essential.
