Office Assistant is an administrative professional responsible for the daily administrative activities of office operations.-Organize office and assist management and employees in ways that optimize procedures.-Manage management calendar and meetings.-Dealing with queries on the phone and by email from vendors, client stakeholders, prospective employees, landlord etc-Office Assistant is an administrative professional responsible for the daily administrative activities of office operations.-Organize office and assist management as well as employees to ensure that office life is pleasant and functional for everyone-Manage the management calendar and meetings.-Deal with queries on the phone and by email from vendors, client stakeholders, prospective employees, landlord etc-Manage meetings, travel and booking rooms as directed by management-Organize events, activities for employee engagement.-Manage vendors, suppliers and housekeeping. Ensure that all transactions are documented and filed.-Type and document meeting notes for specific meeting as directed by management.-Manage office stock and inventory. Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages-Prepare and track office as well as travel expenses-Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying and printing. Carry out specific activities such as local bank visits.-Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues-Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues-Manage all visitors. Greet visitors and provide station information to visitorsRequirements and qualification-Minimum 4 year experience in an office assistant role.-Minimum qualification bachelor’s degree.-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills-Excellent organizational and time management skills-Analytical problem solverJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Language:Kannada (Preferred)English (Preferred)
