About the Role:

We’re seeking a concept-driven, emotionally intuitive Scriptwriter who can turn briefs, outlines, and raw ideas into powerful, screen-ready stories. This role sits at the crossroads of strategy, storytelling, and execution — shaping brand films, testimonials, educational content, and digital stories that inspire and stay memorable.

If you’ve worked in creative agencies or directed branded content, this is your chance to craft stories that redefine how millions experience education. You’ll think visually, write cinematically, and collaborate across teams that bring your scripts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write impactful scripts for brand films, reels, testimonials, explainers, interviews, and campus stories.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, producers, and directors to shape ideas into emotionally resonant narratives.
• Edit and refine drafts from internal teams to align with storytelling best practices and tone of voice.
• Ensure the right pacing, rhythm, and message alignment across diverse platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Contribute to shoot direction, scene blocking, VO scripting, and post-production storytelling.
• Build and maintain a library of story frameworks and creative templates for recurring formats.
• Work closely with editors, designers, and cinematographers to ensure seamless creative translation from script to screen.

What You Bring:

• 3–6 years of experience as a scriptwriter, copywriter, or screenwriter, ideally in creative agencies or branded content production.
• Strong understanding of narrative structure, character arcs, dialogue flow, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to write for multiple formats and audiences — from short-form reels to long-form documentaries.
• Experience in Tech or EdTech storytelling is a plus.
• Experience in direction or co-direction of video campaigns preferred.
• Keen visual imagination and understanding of how words translate to visuals.
• Awareness of regional and cultural nuances in storytelling.
• Bonus: Collaboration experience with editors, DOPs, and design teams.
