Job Overview:

The HR Systems and Digitization Associate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing HR systems and processes through digital solutions. This role will involve maintaining HR software, improving digital workflows, and ensuring data accuracy and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, IT skills, and experience with HR software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Systems Management:Administer and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and other related software.Ensure HR systems are updated, functional, and integrated with other business systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems.
2. Digitization Initiatives: Identify opportunities for digitizing HR processes to improve efficiency and user experience.Implement digital tools and platforms to streamline HR workflows.Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
3. Data Management and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and security of HR data. Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategy. Maintain data integrity through regular audits and system checks.
4. User Support and Training: Provide training and support to HR staff and other system users.Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation for HR systems and processes.
5. Vendor and Tools Management: Maintain good relationships with the tool vendors that provide service to the HR team, Collect requirements and solve issues faced by HR and collaborate with tool vendors to provide solutions.
6. Reports and Dashboards: Develop reports and dashboards to track the initiatives and measure the improvements.
7. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure HR systems and processes comply with legal requirements and best practices.Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in HR technology and digitization.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR systems administration or a similar role.Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR-related software.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) or IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
