JOB LOCATION: Minburi Factory (Lat Krabang Industrial Estate)

Minimum Requirements:
Matrix with Mathematics & Physical Science.

Working towards or completed Food & Science Bachelor’s degree.

Any of the following training/skills: soft physical-chemistry, food science, GMP.

Requiring 1-year contact

Fair in English communication.

Basic computer literacy, i.e.: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

A great passion for foods.

Safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
As a R&D Lab helper at Unilever focusing on Formulation your key responsibilities & accountabilities could be (amongst others):

Product design and development that meet Unilever Highest Nutritional Standards to address trends in the market.

Experimental work on formulation optimization and product quality improvement including sample preparation.

Utilize a digital tool to speed up product design capability.

Carry out the product stability testing including physical&chemical analysis.

Product characterization for culinary / sensory related advice to product development.

Conduct foods products sensory evaluation.

Supporting the Research and Development activities related to the cost-effective implementation.

Responsible for integrity of specifications and formulations in specification management system.

Raw material stock management.

Conduct material and supplier change risk assessment.

Follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
