Job Overview:

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new hires. This role involves coordinating with various departments, providing support and resources, and helping new employees integrate into the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with new hires until they are successfully handed over to their respective teams.
• Organise and schedule orientation sessions, Engagement meets and training programs.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline the onboarding process.
• Coordinating with managers to ensure new hires have a clear understanding of their roles and expectations.
• Gather feedback from new hires about the onboarding process.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the onboarding experience.
• Track onboarding metrics and report on the effectiveness of onboarding programs.
• Initiating BGV’s and PR checks for the employees

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in HR or onboarding roles is an advantage.

• Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other onboarding tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to change and proactive problem-solving skills.

Work Location: NxtWave Office (Hyderabad)

Working Days & Timings: 6 Days a week (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
