(a) Job Profile
1. Responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order.
2. Answer customers questions about specific products/services
3. Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after sales services)
4. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including receipt of payment for goods received from customers.
5. Should assist the customers at the counter with their queries and at the same time provide them with the resolution effectively.
6. Must check the quality and quantity of the product which is brought into the warehouse need to verify it depending on the order made initially.
7. Achieving sales target.
8. Inform customer about discounts and specific promotions.
9. Stock keeping & Management.
(b) Requirement & Qualification.
1. Experience in the personal care industry preferred.
2. Open for travel to all locations in Mumbai
3. Enthusiastic personality.
4. Must treat all the customers with respect and courtesy.
5. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
6. Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
7. Overall a person who likes selling.
8. About 2 years’ experience will help.
