We are in look-out for Chief Accounts Officer (CAO) in a renowned medical institute located in Bengaluru Rural, details of which are as following:

Job Position : Chief Accounts Officer (CAO).

Location : Bengaluru Rural (Hoskote).

Qualification : CA Final with relevant experience.

Compensation : Commensurate with qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Heading the Complete Finance Team of MVJ Medical College, MVJ Research Hospital, MVJ Nursing College.
• Implementation of HIMS
• Reviewing the books of account, Verifying and approving the bills for payment
• Submitting the MIS reports and Audit reports to Chairman and Board members on regular Intervals.
• Looking after the statutory aspects like PF, ESI, TDS, PT, GST, Income Tax etc
• Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budgeting.
• Preparation and Providing the information to Attend any Government Department like IT,ED, GST notices,
• Reviewing or conducting the periodic audits in the hospital and college departments
• Monitoring the works done by the Finance officers, Senior and Junior Accountants and billing Clerks
• Assisting the Board of Management while taking all financial decisions by providing requisite financial data and inputs.
• Ensuring Effective implementation of all financial decisions taken by the Board of Management.
• Providing requisite data during the time of MCI Inspection, LIC Inspection etc
• Other regular college and hospital work which relates to accounts/audit.
