Roles and Responsibilities:
Urgently Need Customer Services Associates for international Customer Service Day Shift /Rotational shift Voice Process
Job Details– Joining ASAP
- Should have excellent verbal & written English
- Must have min 1-year Experience in International Voice process Inbound/outbound in BPO/Call centre.
- Handling Inbound/outbound Customer Service calls effectively.
- Understand and resolve customer concerns & Provide service-related information
- Answer calls professionally and provides best customer service.
- Should be willing to work in Rotational shift.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Communication skill
- Willing to work on Rotational shift
- 6 days working with one day rotational off.
- Female candidates preferred(Near to Noida location)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
