2. Responsible for achieving sales target of retail, monthly & quarterly.
3. Ensuring the sales representatives and counter sales person achieving their sales targets.
4. Ensuring stock management at all sales locations.
5. To ensure working of sales personals as per the norms set.
6. To look for expansion of market at key location through new outlets or chains.
(a) Requirement & Qualification.
1. About 3/4 years experience in sale, preferably personal care allied product range.
2. Good aptitude for selling and customer service.
3. To be very good with numbers and calculation.
4. Should process skills of management and retail planning.
5. Creative, enthusiastic and goal oriented person.

Salary: ₹420,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
