Key Responsibilities
& Role Description
- OTB planning & management
- Seasonal assortment planning at category and sub-category level
- Product pricing & gross margin planning
- Closely monitoring inwards and allocations to ensure rapid stock churn
- Conducting sell-through analysis at style & size level for future product planning
- Steering promo planning and analysis
- Monitoring GM% and P&L to ensure bottom line target is achieved
- Overseeing net week cover and forward week cover to ensure optimum stock level is maintained to attain top-line targets
- Administering stock ageing and outlining liquidation plan
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements
- Knowledge on Sales planning, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Discounting, Stakeholder Management & Inventory Management
- 10+ years’ experience as a Planner in Retail or E-Commerce space
