Key Responsibilities:

As the Category Manager for Nykaa.com, you will:

• Drive sales and oversee category performance on our platform.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on category metrics.
• Lead strategic projects and promotions to achieve business goals.
• Manage website content to align with marketing strategies.
• Develop processes to improve customer retention and experience.

Experience and Education:

• 6-9+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in Category Management in Retail/E-commerce/Beauty.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
