Post Order Customer Experience Team

Nykaa Post Order Customer experience forms the backbone of our core business and customer experience. Customer experience charter consists of defining the right experience for customer post purchasing the products including my orders page, shaping the return experience and helping the customers with customer support team. As a creative, innovative and highly data oriented product team we are looking for a right team member who can make a dent in the universe of Nykaa Post Order Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Ideal product manager will be passionate and will deliver an unparalleled customer, partner and user experience to establish Nykaa as India’s largest fashion and beauty destination.
• The product manager will create a strategy and roadmap, and lead the product charter for a unit within the overall product management organization.
• He or she will be part of a team collaboratively solving post order and customer experience opportunities depends upon the product charter that the individual leads.
• Leading the development and execution of the post-purchase experience strategy, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to define product requirements and priorities.
• Analyzing user feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement in the post-purchase journey.
• Defining key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of post-purchase initiatives, and iterating on strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Prioritizing feature development and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and resource constraints.
• Communicating product vision, progress, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ensuring that the post-purchase experience aligns with the overall brand identity and values, and contributes to customer loyalty and advocacy.

Desired Skills And Requirements

• Total experience of more than 5+ years
• 4+ years of product management experience ideally for consumer web products or ecommerce.
• BE from premier schools. MBA a plus.
• Ability to work with large quantities of data and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders. Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive Product roadmap
• Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks. Prior experience working with engineering through complete technology product lifecycle.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders with influence & credibility.
• Have business and tech savvy and provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends
• Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development
• Bonus points: Must have worked in an Agile model using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Product Design experience is a definite plus.
