O.M.S. Motors Pvt. Ltd., is a Maruti Suzuki Authorised Service Station in the Velachery Madipakkam area.

Experienced candidates are preferred for this role.

The Service Advisor will have the following responsibilities:

1. Intake vehicles for service from customers.

2. Assist in coordinating pickup and drop of service vehicles as per customer requirements.

3. Be polite and courteous while addressing customers.

4. Perform final inspection on service vehicles before delivery.

5. Provide service insights to the customer to aid in problem solving and customer decision making.

6. Use automobile service knowhow to recommend the correct service required to the customer to ensure maximum satisfaction.

7. Report to the Works Manager with service data at the beginning and end of day.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
