Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities To Prepare Invoice for Spares/ Quality Controls / Consumables dispatch. To accurately process and manage dispatch of spares (SRF) To monitor the spares dispatches- correct destination and confirmation. To coordinate with Stores & Logistics for accurate and timely dispatch. To coordinate with field staff regarding order processing. To prepare daily dispatch report. To prepare Credit Notes. Monitor QC inventory (including GRN) To send forecast and get the forecast from Zone for QC procurement To remind engineers/customers with outstanding payment through letters. To follow up with Accounts to regularize their reports on outstanding. Assist in payment realization of previous year outstanding. Update price masters in ERP. Raising invoices for controls order. Follow up and collection of form C/D (distributors/customers). To monitor CFA activity – Spares stock checking/ Dispatches & Invoicing * Follow-up for pending ‘C’ Forms * Follow up Outstanding Payment. *
