Job Description

We are looking for a decent nature Staff for Account Incharge Post preferably willing to work as per company requirement, with the best knowledge of Accounting, HR, GST, ESI and Bank management with minimum 6year of experience in manufacturing industry only (Candidate with experience in Manufacturing Industry will be taken of priority)
No of Post: 1, Full Time on Company Roll, General DutyEduction: any Batchelor, B.Com, M.Com, MBA etc
Excellent Knowledge of Tally ERP Latest version, MS Office, Internat & Email
Good Communication skills in English for verbal and writing-1) Voucher entry sales, purchase, bank, stock
2) Invoice and waybill generation
3) Sunday debtor and creditor payment realization
3) GST, ESI, PF, ITR Filing
4) Salary and cash management
5) Coordination with GST & factory liability
6) Coordination with disp deptt invoicing and dispatch
7) Handling any legal issue related to account
8) Bank payment & other thing coordination
9) Coordination with CA for legal liability
10) Monthly stock statement submitted to the bank
11) Timely completion of a given task
12) Timely submission of all monthly liability ie. GST, ESI, PF, bill rent, tel , elect bill. loan & other
13) Proper filling of all document
14) Maintaining 5s at workspace
15) Handling of new appointed Manpower document and their other requirements.Expected Start Date: 1/1/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR10,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
