Whom are we looking for?
A fun, energetic, enthusiastic proactive & professional Executive/ Sr. Executive AM & Ops (preferably from Fashion
background with experience in studio/advertising agency) who will be the custodian of our client
brands within the company. A single point of contact for all operational aspects of the brand. The job
requires great communication and people skills and a strong foundation in digital creatives, social
media, shoots and catalogs apart from general brand management to enhance the quality/delivery of
the cataloging content (Shoots, Editing, listing content) for ODN’s e-commerce clients. Aligning with
the organization’s goals of these categories and work towards providing regular feedback to the teams
on areas of improve. This role requires knowledge of best practices and processes and the experience of
having implemented/ executed them successfully. It also requires the candidate to both enjoy, and be
great at, building relationships, be it internally or with the clients.
Responsibilities
Cracking brief given by the client and assist team for smooth execution and processing of all the
campaigns
SPOC for all client-related queries and responsible for troubleshooting them for all the allocated
accounts
Accountable for project completion with the expected quality, timelines and service level
agreements
Establish and cultivate relationships with the company’s clients
Regular meetings with clients and understand their needs
Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message
Ensuring flawless and regular documentation and progress report for the management and
clients
Up-Selling, Cross-Selling & Retention: Responsible to bring repeat business from the existing
client
Operations Management:
Workload management of the team to ensure the agreed throughputs are achieved as per
plan.
Monitor the team quality and ensure that the quality and target is met and exceeded.
Daily update/Monitor dashboards and provide reports on time.
Constantly updated on the latest trends in the industry and competition mapping.
Training the team on product/Process.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
Daily/weekly updates to the team on the status and challenges. Maintain effective
communication to avoid escalations
Work with management on driving process improvement projects and regularly participate
in the same
Track and provide feedback to the team members on their KRA’s & Performance
Mentoring and coaching the team of 10-15 members
Follow and drive HR policies effectively in the team by maintaining transparency on the
same
Work with the stakeholders in identifying process gaps and drive initiatives to smoothen the
process leading to overall stakeholder delight
Reduce time to market by guiding the team to put up the right catalog on time
Qualifications:
Graduation/Post-graduation from a fashion institute or experience in the fashion industry
Studio and agency background would be preferred
Requirements & What makes you a great fit:
3-5 years of Account Management, Client Servicing experience and operations with an
Advertising/ Design Agency.
Excellent ability to articulate a POV through written and/or spoken English. This extends to
making presentations during client meetings.
Decent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power point, Canva as well social media dashboards for
FB/Insta, Twitter, Google/Youtube, Linkedin, analytics platforms among others
Excellent listening and communication skills- both spoken & written
Flexibility and agility to adapt to client needs and requests, and tact to deal with them during
difficult conversations
Provide clients with accurate, regular and timely updates and solutions
Build a continuous and sustainable relationships with clients
Should be able to function in a high pressure, yet supportive environment
Proficient with working in and managing a team
Knowledge of Ecommerce operations/ best practices of the industry.
Team management & Analytical skills and tools required in daily operations.
Bent towards tech solutions to make processes easier to implement
