Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable ERP consultant who should possess the Project Managerial skillsets to deploy ERP software at the various implementation projects we are engaged in. You will be consulting with management to determine our client’s ERP needs, analysing the performance of client IT infrastructure, and developing and implementing ERP solutions. To ensure success as an ERP consultant with us, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to document ERP processes.Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
• Understanding the project scope, schedule, deliverables; and working closely with internal stakeholders to cognise their needs and expectations;
• Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements.
• Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions.
• Writing programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities.
• Excellent time management, leadership and teamwork skills are also required.
• Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
• Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance.
• Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.
• Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates.
• Complying with industry regulations.
• Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.

Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
• Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.
• ERP certification, such as OracLe ERP Business Process Integration or Oracle’s SaaS ERP would be a plus.
• A minimum of 2 year’s experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
