Oil India Looking For Football Coach at Assam Full Time

OIL INDIA LIMITED (OIL), a Navaratna Public Sector Undertaking is a pioneer national

upstream Oil and Gas Company with a pan India presence and growing global footprint. It is

engaged in Exploration. Production and Transportation of crude oil, natural gas and

manufacture of LPG with its Field Headquarter at Duliajan, District-Dibrugarh (Assam)-

786602.

OIL INDIA LIMITED (OIL) invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement as

‘Football Coach on contract’ on contractual basis for a period of 12 (twelve) months extendable

by another 12 months.

A. Qualification and experience required:

(i) Must possess AFC (Asian Football Confederation) “A” License.

(ii) Minimum 5 Years of Experience in imparting coaching to football teams of reputed

football clubs / organizations participating in State / National level major football

tournaments in India.

(iii) Minimum Educational Qualification of 10+02.

(iv) Good communication skill and well conversant in Hindi and English language.

B. Remuneration and benefits:

(i) Consolidated contractual amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) per month.

However, deserving candidate may be considered for higher remuneration on

negotiation maximum upto Rs. 1,20,000/- (Rupee One Lakhs Twenty Thousand) only.

(ii) Free bachelor accommodation at Duliajan.

(iii) Free medical treatment to the extent available / possible at OIL Hospital, Duliajan

arising out of any work-related medical treatment for self only.

(iv) Two time leave during the Contractual Engagement period (for maximum 10 days each

time, including to & fro journey) with pay as per the break-off schedule of OIL Football

Team along with to & fro airfare (apex) from Dibrugarh to home. However, the Coach

will also be provided Air Ticket on joining and Separation.

(v) While travelling with the OIL Football Team to participate in any tournament, the

Coach will be provided free boarding, lodging, passage as applicable to other team

members. However, he will be entitled to stay in single room during tour with the OIL

Football Team.

C. Selection Procedure:

a) The candidates will be selected based on the Personal Interview of total 100 marks

b) Minimum Qualification marks will be 50 marks for all categories

c) Selection will be done on the basis of merit in the Personal Interview.

D. How to apply:

Duliajan” in the e-mail. The E-mail must be send on or before 01/07/2022 with

uploaded scanned copy of the filled Personal Bio-Data form and relevant self-attested

(signed with dates) documents etc. in support of the candidature as detailed under:

a) AFC ‘A’ License certificate

b) Date of Birth Certificate

c) Educational Qualification

d) Experience Certificate

e) Caste certificate, If any

E. General conditions:

(i) The decision of the OIL Management will be final and binding on all candidates on all

matters relating to the eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, mode of

selection, cancellation of the recruitment process, etc. and no enquiry/

correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

(ii) Renewal of the contract is subject to satisfactory performance to be reviewed by Expert

Committee constituted by the Management.

(iii) Candidates employed in Govt. Semi Govt. /PSU should route their applications

through Proper Channel or produce ‘No Objection Certificate’.

(iv) Valid e-mail address and contact no. should be compulsory and clearly mentioned in

the application.

(v) The candidates called for appearing in the Personal Interview / assessment by the

expert committee will be required to arrange their own transportation, accommodation

and food etc. for coming into the place/venue of the Interview.

(vi) Candidates will be required to join tentatively in the month of September 2022, if

selected.

(vii) The aforementioned post is an unreserved post.

(viii) The contract can be terminated at any time by giving notice of 30 days, by either side.

(ix) The contract tenure will commence from the date of joining and shall end on expiry of

the prescribed period and no separate notice shall be required to be given.

(x) Candidate submitting false certificate or suppression/submission of incorrect

information shall be liable for termination / disqualification / rejection at any stage.

(xi) The contract engagement will NOT confer any right on the candidate for regularization

in OIL.

(xii) Application received through e-mail after the last date i.e. 01/07/2022 will be

rejected

(xiii) Upper age limit as on the last date of application will be 65 years.

(xiv) The selected candidate will be required to submit valid and recent medical fitness

certificate from the registered medical practitioner at the time of joining.

(xv) Any dispute with regard to the engagement against the advertisement will be under

the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh district court only.
