Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all tax (Direct, Indirect & international tax) compliances across the Group
• Represent OLA before Government and tax authorities. Ensure accurate communication is shared with tax authorities during inquires/assessments/litigations
• Keep abreast of all tax developments and timely apprise management of relevant developments along with impact on Ola
• Interact with business and other teams to identify and advise on tax aspects.
• Interact with other functions to seamlessly carry on tax operations and ensure implementation of drawn-out policies
• Internal trainings & SOP finalisation to ensure best practice from tax perspective
• Regular interactions with tax authorities and maintaining good rapport with tax authorities/law makers
• Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group

Desired Skills and Experience:

• CA with 15+ years of experience
• Good knowledge of Tax laws across the the globe
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good Accounting knowledge
