The Business Development Team is seeking a motivated and skilled administrator who can adapt in an environment of innovation and collaboration. As a part of the team wo will utilize your subject matters expertise to ensure optimum performance of database administration, inventory management in personal development at asset level. His position requires an individual who has proven acumen for real estate hospitality and co-living business in brownfield and greenfield project: and who can adapt to rapidly changing priorities based on market dynamics. As a result, our team requires a professional with excellent adaptability and communication skills.
Primary responsibility will include:
1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, online platforms to identify and source hospitality assets across India in line with Olive’s growth plans (Asset level & Land level)
2. Prepare and manage asset inventory at an all-India Level
3. Source information and conduct primary level screening of all inventories available.
4. Develop detailed proposals for various asset classes and markets as identified by the BD team.
5. Oversea compliance, matrix for all proposal development distributed by the Olive BD team across India.
6. Tracking of MA schedules, expiries and assert level compliance.
Secondary responsibility will include:
1. Work with the MIS team and provide initial data.
2. Understand and promote best practices and standards for database development and asset inventory management.
3. Recommend solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities.
4. Ensure good synergy between various internal and external stakeholders for sourcing information.
Desired Skills:
1. Excellent coordination and communication and ability to source information with optimum TAT’s.
2. Ability to generate required reports/data analysis on a real time basis.
3. Advance level expertise in MS office and good written communication skills
4. Ability to work well as a team player and manage high pressures.
5. Congenial and trustworthy individual who can influence various stakeholders at all levels.
6. This person should be self-driven and ensure that attention to details and accuracy of data is always maintained.
Qualification:
Graduate: Finance, BBM, B.Com.
