• Looking for a passionate Instructional Design Professional with experience in E-Learning and

Training Content development.

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for Sales Training
• Design and develop detailed storyboards from an idea
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-group collaboration capabilities
• Excellent English grammar skills- written and verbal
• Ability to Multitask and meet deadlines with quality performance.
• Ability to summarize complex ideas into simple training content.
• Must have exposure to E-Learning tools (Camtasia, Adobe primer and Articulate, etc)
• certified and should be very adept and fast with MS PowerPoint (animations / recording

function)

• Deliverables from ideation to execution in designing and building interactive lessons.
• Able to create variety of content (PowerPoints, Faculty Guides with detailed Trainer notes,

Audio scripts, Assessments, Videos etc)

• Proven ability to research, plan, and deliver solutions taking into account industry best

practices, as well as business and technical requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in instructional design, training, or technical writing
• Formal certification in Instructional Design will be an added advantage

The ideal candidate will also have many of the following characteristics:

• Prior experience of leading or creating documentation for Automobile/services related to

industry solutions, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform

• Experience creating visuals and diagrams that facilitate understanding through graphics;

experience scripting and producing videos

• Prior experience as a Trainer. This helps understand the perspective
• Knowledge of trends in the user assistance, training, or content publishing industry

Note: This will be a senior role (Individual Contributor) and needs to report directly to the Global Head

of Training
