Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer registration and payments at the front desk of Olympus Gaming Lounge
• Oversee and manage seamless day-to-day operations, ensuring guests consistently receive a top-notch gaming experience.
• Ensure the meticulous care and maintenance of our high-end equipment, from the PS5 consoles to the JBL gaming headphones.
• Handle processes for guest check-in, equipment rentals, reservations, and manage the execution of tournaments and events.
• Address and swiftly resolve guest inquiries, leaving a lasting positive impression.
• Actively seek feedback and provide informed recommendations to the management for continuous refinement.
• Ensure strict adherence to all local safety standards and regulations.
• Implement and uphold safety protocols, focusing on equipment usage and the general well-being of guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
