1).Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
2). Ascertains their needs.
3).Check their queries if they want to meet someone in Sales/ CRM department.
4).Ask them if they need tea or coffee.
5). Escort the client to concern department & to concer person.
6). Monitor lobby activity to determine if client is waiting for a long time.
7). Respond to guest queries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
8) Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
9) Take feedbacks from the clients if their
queries are resolved or not.
10) Maintain a feedback excel sheet on daily basis.
11)Share the full day lobby movements report with duty manager before the shift ends.
12) Help fellow team members and other department s wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
