The Research Assistant will design and perform laboratory experiments; maintain complete and thorough lab worksheet and training record; analyze and report the results to team leader. The position will also evaluate and optimize molecular biology workflow related to DNA / RNA / Protein Isolation and Western blotting etc. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology or equivalent experience in molecular biology.
