CTC : Between 3.5 LPA to 5.0 LPA
Priority : Urgent
Desired Experience: 1-3 Years Legal (Non-Litigation) or secretarial experience
Desired Qualification: CS or LLB.
Advantageous Qualification: CS + LLB/LLM (Business Laws) or
CS+LLB + Core Experience in IPR Preparation and Filing.
Job Description:
1. Drafting & vetting of various legal documents like Agreements; deeds; contracts; NDS; T & C, Privacy Policies, IPR Policies, Risk Management Policies etc.
2. Compliance with Rules and Regulations of Companies Act, RBI, FEMA etc.
3. Preparation of Meeting Agendas, Minutes,
4. Preparation and maintenance of Statutory Records.
5. Correspondence with various stake holders, directors, governmental agencies, regulatory authorities if required
6. Any other work as may be assigned by the superior related to skills and qualification of the candidate.
