What you will be doing:
· Develop and generate Sales Qualified leads by prospecting accounts, identifying key stakeholders, understanding their challenges & needs, building connections with the key decision makers.
· The AE is responsible for cold calling and emailing prospects within an existing customer base to generate leads against target market criteria using sites like LinkedIn/ZoomInfo/Hubspot
· Work closely with Oorwin’s SDR team on closing deals
· Enablement Solutions: Contribute to creation of new strategies and iterate existing strategies.
· Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
· Supply reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for upsell information and cross-selling services.
· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and improve through continuous feedback.
Qualifications:
· Degree or equivalent experience in relevant area.
· 2-4 years of relevant experience.
· Strong communication, organizing and planning skills.
· Ability to write and communicate in fluent English and preferably one additional local language.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive.
– Strong business acumen and understanding of operational issues.
– Ability to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
