We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist to optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts.

The Junior Paid Media Specialist must keep abreast of industry innovations and trends.
You will be responsible for managing all Facebook and Google Ads optimizations such as negative keyword work, keyword opportunity work, budget adjustments, audience targeting adjustments, demographic adjustments, and more.

Responsibilities

On Google:

• Adding new keywords to campaigns.
• Applying negative keywords based on market needs and search terms.
• Observation audience adjustments.
• Building new ad campaigns (no copywriting required).
• Decide on appropriate placement of display ads.

• Generating Reports.
• Optimize budgets.
• Geographic bid scaling.
• Day-parting.
• Demographic targeting.
• Ensure tracking URLs are in place.
• and more.

On Facebook:

• Build and manage audiences.

• Create new ad campaigns and ad sets (no copywriting or image work requred).
• Test various ad formats.
• Ensure tracking URLs are in place.
• Optimize budgets.
• Setting performance goals and objectives.
• Reviewing the new technologies and keeping updated on recent trends in PPC.
• Study the competition and recommend /implement changes to gain advantages.

Requirements:

• 2 years dedicated Facebook Ads experience.
• 2 years dedicated Google Ads experience.
• Working & Conversational English speaking & writing. You will communicate daily with USA teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
