The Opportunity:
Position: Sr. Systems Administrator,

Location: Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities:
Installation, Maintenance, and upkeep of global Physical & Virtual compute infrastructure
Deployments, Patching, Upgrade, Administration, and Migrations of Compute Infrastructure
Work global cross functional teams, vendor escalations & coordination
Fulfillment of day-to-day requests from users, and performance specifications
Support Change Management, Release Management, Ops PMO Projects
Respond to incident calls, joining conference bridges and plan day to accommodate off hour project and team meetings
Participate in scheduled systems maintenance activities during weekends and off hours
24×7 oncall on rotation – at least one week in a month

What it Takes:
Education: B.E/B.Tech in computer science / information systems or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ Years of experience in infrastructure operations as Systems Administrator in Production and non-production environments.

You are great at:
Sound knowledge and hands on experience on VMware vCenter, vCloud Director, VMware NSX, Cisco UCSM
Hands-on experience on Vmware Infrastructure Vsphere versions (5.x/6.0/6.5/6.7) including Installation/Configurations/Migrations/Upgradations etc.
Experience in handling Cisco UCS hardware – Installation/Configurations/Upgradations of UCSM etc.
Hands-on experience and sound knowledge on OS level support with Windows server OS (2008/2012/2016) and/or Linux ((RedHat 5.x/6.x/7.x/8.x, SUSE Linux 11/12/15 etc.)
Good at monitoring tools like vRops, Zabbix and LogInsight
Experience in Installation/Configuration/Management of Standalone server (Physical Servers)
Ansible based Automation and Experience in writing Playbooks and Scripting. (Basic knowledge mandatory)
Knowledge on the below would be an added advantage
Active directory/ DHCP/ Domain Controllers
NFS, Auto mounts
DNS, SMTP
RedHat-Satellite Capsule
Network and Storage Technologies

Good to have additional skills:
Hands on experience in handling Datacenter Operations (inclusive of Racking /Mounting / Cabling/ Troubleshooting of software & hardware) & should be able to interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.
Conduct system security audits, system security checks Setup and administration of multi-tier computing system environments
Understand ITIL Standards and ITSM Processes
