3) Application Packaging and deployment for Apple Mac devices Good understanding in implementation & troubleshooting.
4) Endpoint Management (Workspace One / Microsoft Intune) Expert level knowledge Planning Implementation & Troubleshooting for Windows, Android, iOS and Apple Mac devices.
5) Expert level knowledge on Apple Device Enrollment (ADE) and Android Enterprise Device Enrollment.
6) Expert level knowledge on managing FileVault on Apple Mac devices.
7) Expert level knowledge on preparing custom scripts for Mac devices and deploying same via Microsoft Intune.
8) Expert level knowledge on Microsoft Intune Endpoint Analytics and Advanced Endpoint Analytics.
9) Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
10) Understand System Hardware and its workings in detail.
