Responsibilities

The Functional Expert for Supplier Data Management will be responsible for a variety of systems, projects, reports and tasks in support of the business. This position is global in nature and reports to the Source to Procure Global Process Owner. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive automation, standardization and simplification strategies to support Finance requirements in the Source-to-Settle processes.

• Responsible for implementing new processes for Source-to-Settle Operations and streamlining current processes in collaboration with Lines of Business.

• Assist the Source-to-Procure Global Process Owner with defining and implementing the process and systems required to enable timely and efficient Supplier Data Management activities.

• Provide Source-to-Settle Operations with best practices to resolve complex and critical issues.

• Designing and implementing supplier data management strategies to increase supplier record accuracy and completeness.

• Collect, verify, and analyze supplier management data to monitor practices against business objectives to ensure compliance.

• Ensure the compliance with and effective administration of the supplier risk processes within Source-to-Settle.

• Ensure solid controls are in place for Source-to-Settle Operations, to comply with Spend Approval and Legal requirements.

• Develop and refine documentation to support best practices and ensure key controls are enforced and all risks mitigated.

• Collaborate with operational, business, IT, and/or other key stakeholders to implement Oracle technology successfully.

• Manage User Acceptance Tests, driving automation, initiating, tracking and prioritizing features, enhancements and bugs for Source-to-Settle Operations.
