Job Description
OCI Customer Support is looking for a capacity planner with exceptional analytical background that enables them to manage global planning with a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically across various initiatives. The incumbent will experience a wide range of strategic and real-time problem solving situations and will require extensive use of data collection and analysis capabilities. Communication will be key when coordinating with regional and global support and engineering leadership.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Create low error probability and high accuracy forecast
Create optimized headcount and hiring plans
Partner with support teams to deliver key productivity metrics and set high standards
Lead global workforce process standardization initiatives
Support leadership with decision making through data analysis and reporting
Basic qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering or related field
6+ years of relevant experience in a workforce management and capacity planning
Advanced knowledge of MS excel and proficiency in MS office
Experience interpreting roadmaps and key performance indicators
Experience working on what-if analysis and Impact analysis for leadership
Preferred qualification:
Experience processing large data sets using Excel, Python etc.
Experience in forecasting and scheduling
Exceptional communication skills
