Used by 199 of the 200 largest advertisers, our Audience, Context and Measurement solutions extend across the top media platforms and a global footprint of more than 100 countries. We give marketers the data and tools needed for every stage of the marketing journey, from audience planning to pre-bid brand safety, contextual relevance, view ability confirmation, fraud protection, and ROI measurement. About the Opportunity
Onboarding and Getting Started:
Getting the customer enabled on OA products and configuring the purchased/subscribed offering
Educate the customer about features/benefits through product demonstrations
Demonstrate command of product knowledge and the various applications of the product
Be a trusted advisor to the customer and help them with the right campaign solution by establishing relationships at all levels in the customer organization
Continuous Engagement with the Customer:
Pulled in for customers with complex technical requirements/integrations – act like technical project manager; first technical team pulled in to resolve customer bugs/issues
Create power users of OA offerings by continuously partnering with customers
Increase utilization (e.g. usage) by understanding the client’s objectives and connecting value via OA’s available solutions, features, and data
Proactively create innovative insights to maintain stickiness and demonstrate the value of OA’s products (e.g. sales enablement collateral)
Engage with an objective to solidify usage:
Conduct quarterly business reviews and client education programs to review performance trends and partnerships recommendations
Collaborate with Oracle technical support teams on new integrations to ensure a positive client experience; decrease time to value
Maintain monthly client health reporting to formulate risk mitigation strategies
Be Future Ready:
Evangelize new product features to boost adoption, and track success via engagement performance indicators
Act as a subject matter expert on OA’s products, strengths, capabilities, and position in the industry, as well as stay on top of industry trends
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive positioning
About You
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience in digital industry
Must have worked in a client facing role
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent MS office proficiencies
Fluency within English, both written and verbal
Clear and professional written and phone communication.
Outstanding attention to detail.

A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
