Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunities to build ML models focused on improving our customer experience by reducing mean time to detection/resolution of customer issues. This position requires a solid understanding of NLP, Machine learning and data engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop NLP / Machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and optimization.

• Implement algorithms and methodologies to solve specific business problems, such as customer ticket clustering, capacity planning, sentiment analysis and anomaly detection etc.

• Validate and fine-tune models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability using the well-defined industry metrics.

• Deploy models into production environments and ensure their accuracy is not compromised over the period of time.

• Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Perform data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the underlying data and its characteristics.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data needs and objectives.
