Job Description
Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.
Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
Responsibilities
MBA – HR (full time 2 year program)
Career level : IC2 / IC3
4-8 years experience – Generalist; BU HR. Require a hands on BU HR resource and ability to work independently.
Provide advisory services to business managers to enable them to achieve their goals. Prepare,analyse, and share diagnostics to the business periodically on HR related issues
Act as an internal communication agent.
Manage Employee Relations
Resolve employee concerns and manage escalations
Act as a bridge to resolve employee / and or management concerns
Coach business managers on HR related issues
Enhance and facilitate employee engagement; Facilitate employee development with the help of Organization Talent and Devpt group;
Investigate ER complaints and issues, and maintain compliance of Oracle policies.
Manage HR transactions and comply to Oracle policies, processes and systems
Lead initiatives, Link and measure HR deliverables with the business results.
