Oracle Hiring for Human Resources Business Partner at Hyderabad, Telangana, India Full Time

• Looking for a HR partner who will work closely with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Partner with the HR team on special projects. Create & provide reports on various aspects of HR. Assist in the development of collateral material for HR initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned. 3-5 years of experience in strategic HR partnering is required. Good stakeholder management skills, business acumen and project management skills.
• Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Lead and support special projects. Build & provide reports on various aspects of Oracle’s employee lifecycles that will assist the business to make data related decisions. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners. Develop collateral materials for HR initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.
• The HR partner will be responsible for working with business leaders and employees to establish understanding of business direction, and enable effective partnering leading to competency development, policy interpretation to support in employee life cycle. The partner will also be involved in cross functional projects working towards continuous improvement and creating higher employee engagement.
