As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for, and lead efforts in, crafting and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services in the Identity and Access Management area to support our health care platform and the users it serves. We believe the ownership and expect you to think long term, mentor, and empower other specialists. As a technical leader on the team, you will own the complete software development lifecycle, from design, development, testing, first class monitoring, to production

This position assumes a background in identity and access management concepts and system design. Specific tools and technologies include: Java, OAuth/OAuth2, OpenID Connect, , SAML and at least one JavaScript framework Validated understanding of cloud native architecture and experience with either AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is helpful.

Proactively identify gaps in the existing infrastructure and development process, acting as a motivation for change for greater system and solution decency

Provide direction in architecture discussions, design sessions and code reviews on functional correctness, architectural maintainability and performance

Leverage deep technical and solution expertise to build clear, well-constructed technical designs of large scope Code for high-risk projects that have solution dependencies within and outside current team

Iterate with strategy and operations organizations to maintain solution vision
