The ACX Industries Data Apps is on the cutting edge in development of intelligent insights and targeting methodologies for telecom, utility, consumer goods and financial industries. The biggest companies in these industries in the world use these methods to help better understand and plan their strategy to serve customer more efficiently and improve the customer service and expanding the business footprints based on the insights. As a Senior Manager , you’ll be working on the latest Measurement product from telecom industries to generate the insights looking at the integration systems. You will be working with a team for developing cutting edge statistical methodology in a high-performance computing environment. This requires collaborating with researchers, software engineers, and external partners to understand relevant business needs, optimize performance, and provide accurate first-in-industry techniques to quantify media effectiveness.
Primary responsibilities will include :
Providing thought leadership in statistics and data analysis to the entire analytics organization.
Effectively communicating with Product Management, Engineering, and senior business leaders to facilitate broader analytics understanding.
Researching, prototyping, and testing new methodology for measuring campaign effectiveness and building predictive algorithms to maximize ad delivery efficiency, For example,
Building, hiring, motivating talents hired in the group.
Plan, Manage, execute, deliver and support projects.
Developing post-hoc methods to improve the accuracy and efficiency of estimation.
Identifying opportunities for improvement across our industry solutions.
Serving as a resource for other data scientists as methodology is developed and deployed.
Skills and qualifications:

MS in Computer science or related field with 5+ years of experience of management.
5+ years’ experience working with big data or similar tools.
— 8+ Years of experience in Management

— Must be a good hands on JAVA Developer

— Must be a hands on with Rest service, micro service architecture

— Knowledge in Cloud Data platform

— Knowledge in AI/ ML solutions

— Analytic solution knowledge is desirable

— HTML / Java Script knowledge is desirable

— Must independently design, develop and troubleshoot server technologies for very complex product work flows

— Work with multiple teams and drive key UI Design patterns and micro service design patterns

— Framework development experience highly desirable

— Have ability to fine tune software and database queries for performance improvements

— Have ability to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment

— Have ability to work with customers and troubleshoot support issues

Our team, ACX Industries Data Apps development group is responsible for bringing in the intelligent insights to the vertical industry products by either, developing or integrating AI/ML solutions.

ACX Industries Data App has to support highly flexible and scalable enterprise application; This development group would be responsible for getting the intelligent insight attributes from an analytic solution or partner company , responsible for all the wiring between the different integration systems . Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
