Short Job Description:

The System Analyst-1/Product Analyst role, exclusively for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant working experience, plays a pivotal role in managing configuration tickets, processing change requests, overseeing user management, and conducting comprehensive issue investigations. This position requires strong SQL and Advanced Microsoft Excel working knowledge, familiarity with JIRA, and a good understanding of Agile methodologies. The candidate will be required to work on afternoon and day shifts.

Detailed Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and diligent System Analyst-1 to join our ClientWorks State Side Team. In this pivotal role, the candidate will be instrumental in executing global-scale builds in Non-PROD and PROD environments across all CommunityWorks Domains. The System Analyst-1 will play a crucial role in addressing configuration tickets, change requests, user management, and conducting in-depth issue investigations for our contractual clients. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing global changes in the production environment.

Responsibilities:

Global-Scale Builds: Execute global-scale builds in Non-PROD and PROD environments across all CommunityWorks Domains.

Configuration Management: Address configuration tickets, change requests, and user management.

Project Management: Manage various projects, including build requests, Cerner Millennium-based builds, auditing, cleanup, tooling updates, and maintenance.

JIRA Requests: Address JIRA requests originating from Developers (CPE, KLs, and RM) within the CommunityWorks and Client Works teams.

Issue Investigations: Conduct comprehensive issue investigations for contractual clients, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.

Additional Projects: Take a prominent role in critical projects like Triage work, Risk Profiling, Automation Liaison, and long-term objectives associated with Roadmap Initiatives projects.

Required Skills:

Strong SQL Knowledge: Ability to work with databases efficiently .

Experiential Advance Microsoft Excel Knowledge: Proficient in using advanced Excel functionalities.

Problem-Solving Abilities : Capability to analyze and solve complex issues.

Effective Communication Skills: Clear communication with cross-functional teams .

Working Knowledge of JIRA and Understanding of Agile Methodologies: Experience with JIRA and familiarity with Agile processes.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Millennium Platform: Knowledge of the Millennium platform is advantageous.

Behavioral Skills:

Detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive: Attention to detail and self-motivation .

Strong Interpersonal and Collaborative Skills: Ability to work well with others.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree: In computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Previous Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

OCI Certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certifications.

Automation/Development Knowledge: Experience in Shell, Perl, and Python.

Linux and Windows OS Systems: Experience in building and managing Linux and Windows OS systems, with a basic understanding of Linux structures (IO, Network, etc.).

Responsibilities

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
