Job Description
As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
As a Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. Your primary task will be to provide support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines (mostly through electronic means). Able to work with general guidance from senior support engineers and management and, in some areas, may work independently. Solutions often take time to develop through research, collaboration or problem replication.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. One year prior working experience with Oracle products (or at least two years related experience without Oracle products) and technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA OR functional degree + technical higher degree or in lieu of degree may substitute 4 years professional experience & professional certification (i.e., CNE, MCSE, CPA, Oracle, etc.).

ODC Data Analyst for Managed Audience and Data Operations (90121)
Oracle Data Cloud (ODC), a leader in delivering powerful campaigns to top brands and media partners in the U.S. and abroad, is looking for a full-time Analysts to add to our rapidly growing digital targeting business.
The Analyst will round out our Managed Audience and Data Operations teams, taking on the responsibility of ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our audience data using a variety of proprietary applications. You will work closely with internal and external teams to execute, quality test, fulfill and troubleshoot product shipments to ensure accuracy. You are the first line of defense when issues arise with data delivery and will work lockstep with our technical teams and clients to remediate and mitigate the impact of these issues.
The most important characteristic of our Managed Audience and Data Operations team is our endless drive to make our customers (internal and external) happy and to have fun in the process. Our job is to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded and to diagnose and resolve quickly when they are not. You will also have a voice in the development of opportunities to improve our data delivery processes in order to mitigate future issues.
The team is growing rapidly with new opportunities continually surfacing. We are seeking individuals who has a proven track record in a fast-paced environment, is an independent self-starter that loves challenges, and can work well in a small team setting to drive the business and improve the overall fulfilment processes. All analysts on the team are in high visibility roles with the ability to profoundly impact revenue and client satisfaction, all while learning the digital marketing industry.
You must have:
3+ Years of experience in a Data Analyst position
Preferably candidate have B.Tech/B.E degree in CSE or any other discipline
Advanced SQL Knowledge (You must know joins, unions, sub-selects, grouping, etc..)
Worked with large data set collecting, summarizing, and reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel (You must know VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables like the back of your hand)
Worked on projects that span across multiple internal and external teams
Analytical thinking with a proven ability to solve unclear, complex, technical problems
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a dynamic environment
Able to summarize and communicate at multiple levels within the organization
Can embrace a continually changing environment, and a want to drive that change
