Resource Management Analyst along with your team will work very closely with Domain Leaders, Cluster and Delivery Directors, Project Managers, as well as the Oracle Consulting leadership team and your peers across the regions.
The Resource Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in evolving and delivering the project resourcing needs. You will be responsible for implementing efficient resource management process, optimize staffing models, skills inventory management and alignment etc. Support the Project Manager in their resource requirement reviews, Co-ordinate with Practice/ Talent Manager to understand the availability, with an objective to minimise the supply and demand gap in resourcing needs in project and practice. Periodic updates to Internal tool to maintain the resourcing related records against project & consultants.

Coordinate the Resource scheduling activities in Consulting organisation
Assign consultants (Employee & Subco) to Consulting projects, balancing the needs of project with the skills, availability, and development needs of the consultant
Analyse the resourcing requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources
Analyse and challenge resourcing requests against key engagement metrics to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources
Identify and monitor resource availability, conflicts, and shortages
Prepare relevant resourcing reports and analyse for inconsistencies
Anticipate future resource needs and collaborate with the Central Resourcing team on taking proactive action to ensure the suitable resource is available & minimise non-productive ‘bench time’.
Domain leader & delivery director support – Work closely with domain leader and delivery directors and respond to their resourcing needs.
Reporting – Analysis & recommendations on matters such as utilization, billable & missing time, forecast etc.
Implement Resourcing processes – Align with consulting LOB’s and standardize the process across regions and at times there will be the need to define and make suggestions as to best practices taking into local factors that may differ from other regions.
Offshore Resource Management –work with our offshore team to manage their workflow.
Resource Management Forum – Representative to discuss regional needs, capacity, and best practices with RM team across the regions.
ADHOC projects & initiatives – lead/ assist as necessary as directed
Maintains a current inventory of domain employee skills, supply of those skills, and associated demands.
Identify and implement improvements in practices, processes, and reporting
