1. Schedule meetings and manage calendars,
2. Answer phone calls and emails and take messages,
3. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings,
4. Help with daily time management,
5. Handling Basic bookkeeping tasks,
6. Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks.
7. Using Various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases & presentation software.
8. Provide general administrative support.
9. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
10. Any other work assigned by reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per guidance of reporting manager.
Requirement:
1. Minimum graduate in any discipline,
2. Should have minimum 2 years of experience required,
3. Good communication skills in English & Hindi,(Both Verbal & Written)
4. Technically Strong and smart,
5. willingness to learn and contribute to the key results of the organization.
6. Easy adaptability to Internal System,
7. Stability of working the organizational systems and getting numerous growth opportunities.
8. Good knowledge of MS office, Google Sheet, Google Forms,
9. Teamwork, adaptability, dynamic & flexible.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
