Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM functional specifications.
• Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules (such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, WMS, BOM).
• Work with business users to resolve day-to-day support issues and provide system improvements.
• Participate in Oracle SCM module upgrades and enhancements.
• Lead and support Oracle SCM module testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with technical teams for data conversions, reports, and customizations.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Required Skills:

• Strong functional expertise in at least 2–3 Oracle SCM modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM.
• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
• Experience in full life cycle Oracle implementations and upgrades.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
