The Account associate to ensure the smooth delivery of a quote, RFP, Bid with the right level of quality and accuracy for the cluster. The AA will follow the quote from the capture of the requirements of the client to the delivery of the Quote and the hand over to the Delivery team.
The AA contributes to support selling in a designated region in accordance with an assigned customer list. The role of AA is to provide the quotation from Orange Business Services, under the control of the Account Manager.
The AA investigates the customer exact need, document them using the quotation tool and refine options to be investigated. AA can provide budgetary estimates for different solutions to help narrowing down solutions which are relevant for the customer.
The AA is responsible to document the quote request and capture Technical information to ensure that the solution is detailed and then delivered according to the customer needs. The AA is accountable for the pricing and consolidation of all inputs prior to submission to the Account Manager for review and finally submission to the customer.
The AA post-sales function includes an implementation and operational focus of the customer hardware and maintenance contracts orders to be traced/tracked for implementation and services renewals similar to the function as defined.
Implementation management includes tracking
hardware installation coordination
setup/load of equipment and maintenance in our operational tools
site commissioning, decommission and/or migration and alignment of data or status in our operational tools
alignment to what is billed / invoiced as well as assurance that cost/revenue ratios aligned to the approved commercials of the customer deal.
The AA will provide implementation report status as well as monthly inventory reports to the account team and customer, leveraging operational and/or partner tools to assure devices are under support and/or renewed accordingly to their service contract, and identify those devices becoming end of life or end of support availability so that options can be proposed to the customer.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience
B.tech Preferably with Networks and Integration services knowledge.
Team player that is communicative, organized, flexible and used to work in a stressful environment
Sales driven, commercial behavior with respect for company compliancy rules
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
Experienced working towards targets and deadlines
Is able to build a network of people, getting things done
Having a good understanding what influence invoice or payment issues can have on a company’s cash flow

Be focal point for quotations and customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance strong customer relationships
Capture and refine customer’s requirements through narrow down process, using budgetary quotations if required
Get approval from Account Manager on the quote where required
Follow up on quotation delivery and submission to the customer. Ensure that all components for the quote are present
Quotation documentation into the quotation tool in support of account management as required, retrieve and document all commercial & pricing data
AA responsible for the handover of the quote to the delivery team once the customer has provided his “Go for order” on the quote
AA is responsible to submit order form to the customer and collect customer’s sign off
Maintains high standards of professionalism in line with Company policy
Collaboration with vendors on key deals and to obtain preferential margins- knowledge of vendor rebate and promotional programs
Undertakes other tasks, which may be required by Orange Business Services to further Sales Process and exceed client expectations
