ORBCOMM Looking For Supply Chain Analyst at Hyderabad, Telangana, Full Time

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented, qualified individual to join our company as a Supply Chain Analyst. As part of our Supply Chain Analyst team, you will work with the functional leaders in the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) such as Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Logistics & Warehousing to develop the process, tools and reports to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and perform the analytics to highlight opportunities for improvement. You will create and present reports to the leadership team indicating specific recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and overall profitability, as well as lead focused teams to liaise with departments during implementation.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop standard reporting of KPI’s for all supply chain functions.
• Seek automation opportunity leveraging data management to optimize the process, improve the accuracy, uplift the effectiveness and reduce the cost.
• Proactively identify cost saving opportunities, lead time reductions, quality enhancements and overall improvement of service levels.
• Support the ISC team in the improvement of end-to-end supply chain tools and processes.
• Develop analytics for ISC functions to drive improvements such as PFEP (Plan for Every Part), Direct & Indirect Spend analytics, Freight optimization, Delivery Performance improvements etc. utilizing tools such as Tableau / Power BI
• Responsible for creating tools and reports to automate forecasting of inventory, cash, cost and delivery performance.
• Facilitate an open and collaborative communications with global teams that promote continuous improvement and standardized processes.
• Coordinates with the collection of information and data to support output statistics and analytical tools utilized for organization and departmental reporting.
• Manage and Coordinate change requests and associated activities in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Well organized, exceptional communication and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of urgency and desire to meet tight deadlines.

Education And Experience:

• 3-5 years in Supply Chain Management or the equivalent combination of education and experience (including procurement, forecasting, and compliance)
• Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
• Advanced MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• JDE ERP knowledge highly desirable
• Advanced user with experience Tableau, Power BI or other data analytics tools highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Strong analytics and big-data management capabilities
• Experience in an international environment preferred
